(hereinafter referred to as "Coliseum"), we attach importance to the security of your personal data, which we process as the data controller defined in the Personal Data Protection Law No:6698. Therefore, we would like to inform you "regarding the processing of your personal data".

In this context, your personal data is processed for the following purposes and legal reasons in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and secondary regulations:

Your personal data such as "Name-surname, Phone, E-mail, Professional Information, Company Information and Nationality"; In line with your explicit consent, for the purpose of marketing to you, ensuring customer satisfaction, presenting special campaigns to you, informing you about the campaigns carried out in our company and communicating with you,

Your personal data such as “Height, Weight, Body Measurement Data, Disease History Information”; In line with your explicit consent, in order to prepare the most suitable program for you within the scope of sports activities and to continue your activities in accordance with your health,

Your personal data such as “Mobile Phone Device Information”; In line with your explicit consent, in order to ensure security when entering and exiting the gym and to prevent the entry of non-members through the Coliseum mobile application,

Transfer of Personal Data
Coliseum may share your personal data, which is stated to be processed within the scope of paragraphs 5/2-c and f of the Law above, with the supplier companies from which it receives legal services, domestic and/or foreign supplier companies, and the company's partners and affiliates (and/or those that need to be shared for the performance of the work) for the purposes stated above. with third party business partners) or, if requested, with Legally Authorized Public Institutions in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Your personal data processed based on your explicit consent will be processed and stored as long as you do not withdraw your explicit consent. You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
By applying to Coliseum as the data owner;

• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of your personal data if it has been processed incorrectly or incompletely, and requesting that the transactions carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated and requesting that the transactions carried out in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law, and requesting that the correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties with whom personal data has been shared,
• If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to Coliseum in accordance with the application procedures stipulated in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, Coliseum will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Coliseum may request the fee at the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

I have been informed by Coliseum about the method, purpose, legal reasons and rights I have regarding the processing and transfer of my personal data.
